Mr. S. Muthukrishnan is a qualified Automobile Engineer from the Madras Institute of Technology with profound knowledge in the field of Automobile Engineering since 1964. He also has practical insight and experience in the manufacture of automobiles and auto components.

He has also served on the board of several esteemed organizations and institutions such as the President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association, Regional Chairman of Association of Indian Engineering Industry (now CII), Vice President of Indo-Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce & Industry and President of Madras Motor Sports Club.

Mr. K. Jayakar is a management professional with a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Duke University, United States. He has over 17 years of experience in all aspects of corporate finance including areas such as mergers and acquisition, treasury, taxation and compliance.

Mr. Jayakar has experience in worldwide finance, accounting, legal, administration, M&A, compliance and HR in a leading software service providing company. He is also the Executive Chairman of AMTEC Precision Products Inc., USA.

Mr. V. Narayanan holds a Masters Degree in Science from University of Madras. Beginning his career in 1959 as a Management Trainee in Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), Mr. Narayanan in his 10 years with HLL has specialized in sales and marketing, both in India and UK. He is the former Chairman and Managing Director of Pond’s India Limited and is also a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Financial Management and Research (IFMR), Chennai. Mr. Narayanan is the current President of the Tamilnadu Tennis Association.

Mr. N. Gomathinayagam holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from Madras University. He started his career as an Officer in State Bank of India (SBI) in 1959 and has held positions at various responsible levels. He retired from the services of the bank as Deputy Managing Director in July 1996. He was also the Chairman of Bharat Overseas Bank Limited, Chennai from May 1987 to May 1992.

Mr. M. R. Sivaraman holds a Post Graduate degree in Economics from University of Madras. Joining the I.A.S. cadre of Madhya Pradesh in 1962 he has worked in various departments in the state of Madhya Pradesh and the Central Government. With over 40 years of experience he has held important positions at various levels in the Department of Finance, Planning, Finance Commission, Economic Affairs and Ministry of Commerce and Finance.

He has worked as Director General of Civil Aviation & Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation & Revenue Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi. He has also worked as Executive Director, International Monetary Fund and was an expert Adviser to the UN Security Council Committee to Counter Terrorism. Currently he is engaged in delivering lectures on Budget, Banking, Fiscal and Monetary policies.
