UCAL’s precision manufacturing capability includes wide range from CNC operations to special operations based on customer’s requirement for micron and sub-micron accuracies and has in-house capability to complete end-to-end process planning (including tool & die planning)

UCAL caters to many global OEMs in automotive Industry and is recently focusing on non-automotive too. UCAL provides parts to a wide range of applications from power-train, transmission, emission control, steering system components and recently to hydraulic industrial applications as per customer specification.

The scope of materials includes various grades of ferrous alloys, Non-ferrous metals like Aluminum and Zinc .We can handle parts weighing from 100 Gms to 1.8 Kgs. UCAL’s Quality philosophy includes PFMEA and statistical quality control approaches
